Uncharted 4 won't load

it stuck on Jake in the jungle holding a gun loading screen but the game never starts. i just bought the sytem too

Try deleting the game off the PS4 and then reinstall. If only UC4 does that and no other game does that then maybe the disc is faulty?

You could try rebuilding the database. It doesn't delete any of your data and might be worth a shot:

EDIT: My bad, I see that you just bought the PS4. The only other suggestion I have would be to make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest updates, but I'm assuming you did that already.

Did you try deleting the game?? If UC4 is the only game doing that I suspect the game data might've been corrupted somehow. Try the basics first.
