but at least the dow jones is at an all time high and richest of the rich are getting richer

Put it like this... come this summer mostly unemployed men between the ages of 18 to 35 will have job which will drop the percentage considerably.

Unemployment benefits last about 2 years so I don't think these numbers reflect reality since if you're no longer in the system, you aren't reported as 'unemployed'.

When specialized people can't get jobs in their fields and settle for minimum wage non educated labor work, that's a problem

Hes referring to 'underemployment' which is another problem in itself. Including those people the rate is usually estimated to be around 25 percent since 2009.
This isnt an Obama thing though. Its a symptom of the world we live in. The stimulus being bigger would have helped a lot in the short run though
