Dats an improvement...my wife and sister just found jobs this month...to those acting like that's fukked up numbers remember we tryna get out of a recession...beggers cnt be choosers...I my self know nikkas who would take anything available just to have some sort of income...regardless if it's menial jobs...nikka I spun signs in the street for some money before

I would celebrate if I didn't know that the amount of black people in jail has reached its' peak in the last several years thus excluding a large amount of AA from the job market, hence lowering the unemployment rate.

Black women surpassed black men in college enrollment/graduation over a decade ago.
The ratio was about 3 to 1 when I was at UMD

look at the company you work at... then look at the directors, sr directors, sr. mgmt, exec... i'd be shocked if more than 2% were black women.

Most of these ladies with degrees is dressing good and working at service desks or client enrollment gigs at the office. Not knocking these gigs but they mostly aren't moving into key power holding positions as they should/could.
