Why are french fries unhealthy? Is it the potato or the fact that its fried?

If you bake French fries is it still unhealthy?

What about if it's homemade French fries?
Its empty carbs even if its baked. But frying adds calories and frying adds saturated fats for no reason. Plus most fries are bad for hypertension due to salt.


Even just a baked potato has...
no iron, no vitamin k, no keratin, no folates, very low protein density. And you pretty much have to add sodium to make it palatable.

Processed sugar, packaged foods with high sodium, hot dogs, cold cuts and processed meats, donuts, and anything with high starch content all are not healthy too. As lean as chicken is they’re dirty animals. They pretty much play and eat their own shyt, same with pigs. Beef ain’t all that clean too. Turkey might be a healthier option.

i really hate that dr g mother fukker on youtube. dude is a closet trump supporter but wont just say it cos he likes the views. i called him a bald fakkit and tried to hide his videos but i keep seeing his dumb ass in my algorithm

please dont take medical advice from the internet. common sense stuff is fine but there are people making drastic decisions like skipping chemo or doing unhealthy crash diets. but what am i even saying.. dudes here think you cant get HIV from women....
