Anybody shop there? Especially my NYC peoples...

Uniqlo's not really that special, but to me the stuff they have is betten than The Gap and H&M especially when it comes to affordable basics. I shop there almost exclusively now.

All my underwear and socks come from there. That thermal tech fabric they got for cold winters is crazy. I use to get denim and basic tees from there before I knew better.

I got some of their tees, they were okay but I didn't like the fit of them. That's all I've had from them though. Looks like I might have to try their socks though...:mjpls:

I had a couple of pairs of Uniqlo jeans, but all of them except two pairs ripped within months so I had to stop buying them. The only real jean worthwhile there is the selvedge jean. Mainly because it's usually $90 dollars and that's the cheapest you can probably find a pair of japanese selvedge jeans for retails. But the thing I hate about there is they never have it all the time. The regular jeans suck quality wise but look nice. I think that's because those are Japanese material only sourced to china. THe selvedges are made in Japan.

I never heard of them

It's basically the Japanese version of H&M.

The only difference between them and H&M though is that only in NY, LA, and SF. They opened some stores in Jersey this year, but other than they don't have that many locations in the US.

I have a prediction that it will eventually be as big as H&M within the next 5 years.

I got some of the heattech turtlenecks and the regular tnecks, surprised at how good the heatechs were and how light they were. Thinking of giving the regular ones away now and just replacing them.

The other thing I like about Uniqlo is it's so cheap. There really aren't too many items there that are more than $150 that aren't heavy duty jackets. I like their oxfords, chambray shirts, fleece, tech jackets, and flannels.

Also, they do really good collaborations with high end designers for great prices. I think you can even order from out of state on their online sites now.

Kirkland :blessed:

My current denim is 3sixteen :smugbiden:

Uve had all of those brands tho?

3sixteen is good and yeah, I use to be heavy into clothing back during university.
