The present battle in C0ngress over funding for Homeland Security based on immigration reform strikes me as funny. It reminds me of Ferguson when a few posters said the new hash tag should be changed to #nolivesmatter. Apparently, and ironically (or maybe not so ironically:demonic: which in turn is Macro irony:banderas::blessed:), the GOP is aware of The Coli.

Dems support more porous borders. Repubs support stronger borders. Dems don't include measures to reform the President's immigration policy in a bill for Homeland Security funding. Repubs are furious and decide to revolt and threaten to shoot down the entire bill.

The bill, which would extend funding for the agency for 3 weeks, was originally passed in the Senate without a roll call, but the revolt in the House caused them to whittle it down to 1 week. This, just 3 hours before the midnight deadline for passage, followed by an executive signature from the President just a few minutes from the deadline.:skip:

This is the divine comedy of immigration policy. As a "Christian" I can appreciate irony because I know its the common thread through mankind's belief systems. Theists are mad at atheists for not giving credit to God. Atheists are mad at theists for not giving credit to man alone. God is mad at both for being mad at themselves which in turn leads them to being mad at each other which in turn leads both to transgress Him. And the divine comedy goes around and around.:ahh:

This battle over border security is comedic genius, like Carlin and Pryor teamed up and then separately went and designed each party's immigration stance. Let me explain:steviej::

Republicans want tighter borders. A Republican administration blunders homeland security, leading to a bipartisan formulation of an agency entitled Homeland Security. Republicans want tighter border access for desirables, and NO access for undesirables (terrorists and d0peboys).

Democrats want less restrictive access for desirables, and NO access for undesirables. After a Democratic administration blunders security for foreign assets and allies of the US by mishandling ISIS (undesirables aka subversives), a bipartisan bill for 1 week of funding of the agency responsible for Homeland Security. An extension requires bipartisan compromise on immigration reform.:shaq:

Both parties came together to start Homeland Security because they wanted to hurry up and protect the public. Now, with all signs pointing to ISIS penetrating the West, in turn leading to another 9/11, both parties are willing to halt funding of the agency to induce panic in the populace which leads to torches and pitchforks for the political party successfully deemed responsible. Then, the healing begins.:obama:

:russ:Lol, just kidding, not in Murica. fukk the public. The party who can leverage blame for the ensuing chaos gets executive and legislative control of the federal government. This will enable this party to steamroll a brand New homeland security policy (and potentially a new agency) through a bipartisan Congress and on and fukking on.:upsetfavre:

The divine comedy lies in "funding". Teh CIA funded Al Qaeda to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan. A buncha shyt happened :mjpls: and then Al Qaeda attacked Murica. There are "unsubstantiated" reports of Homeland Security attacking and terrorizing US citizens in the homeland.

Then :whew: gets the CIA to fund (the rebels that would become) ISIS to fight Puti-- errr umm Assad in Syria. A buncha shyt happens :mjlol: and now...

So brehs, your gov't wants stronger borders to keep out subversives. Foreign countries want stronger borders to keep out American subversives. American subversives fund subversive movements in foreign countries to form super subversive movements that attack the Homeland leading to more funding for Homeland Security AND American subversives aka the CIA aka the federal government as a whole.

Love thy neighbor. You want your neighbor to let you in, but tell everyone else they aren't welcome into your home. You convince all your neighbor's servants to kill the neighbor and his family, then you get those servants to take over the house and other houses until they can come and kill your servants and family so you can kill ALL the servants and ALL the families and acquire ALL the houses. Divine comedy indeed.:skip:

Probably shouldn't have p0asted this on a Saturday buttfukkit, I rolled a jernt and saw yesterday's news this morning.

And now they just magically recovered 32,000 lost IRS emails regarding targeting conservatives and probably all "undesirables" , renewing calls for the abolition of the service.

The IRS legally are not entitled to collect income taxes. But that's beside the point.

There are myriad legal arguments for the abolition of the IRS, the problem is finding a sympathetic judge. But once you dismantle the IRS, the gov't becomes insolvent, providing a perfectly legal excuse to either start charging states exorbitant fees for usage of Federal property and services, or exponentially hiking up existing fees. Even then the gov't would still have to depend on a 4,387th bailout from China to remain viable, and it would come with EXTREME austerity measures. This would be the only thing that would prevent warfare from either the lender nations or the debtor nations aka the US and its biggest allies that it feeds. I say the US because sanctions by lender nations, like we're doing with Russia and Iran, would instantly provoke WW3. We have our fingers in too many pies and our military thumbs up too many asses to become CAC Iran. But I'd be willing to bet that some kind of agreement would be reached beforehand. Hence, Greek Austerity x100,000 Trillion.:yeshrug:
