He shouldn't pay out/ settle for any more civil lawsuits. There is already one lawsuit with a woman who is posing for pics with him and her saying he raped her that day, he has had what ? DECADES of hosting parties, posing with women etc ?! Those photos and flood gates are about to OPEN. Any woman who he has taken photos with or 'partied' with will now have that Cassie lawyer on speed dial, the lawyer will take on more and more and more civil cases (never criminal always civil) and it'll function to basically start a money bleed.

He needs to take it to trial like Michael Jackson and that's that.

Awful examples but history has shown that even when people pay off more and civil suits when they are public figures more people keep coming for more and more payouts which usually motivates MORE people to come out.

In most cases (past public figures) despite ALL the civil suit payouts they usually get sent to jail anyway...as once a suit or 2 is filed an ambitious DA usually jumps on the case anyway.

The issue with public figures (like diddy) is there are like 100000000 people with selfies with him, who have 'partied' with him. Paying one will mean more and more and more come out.

They USUALLY end up going to jail anway...

Respectfully, bar draining his pockets further paying this benefits NOTHING. He can't escape justice now (a nosy DA can pick this up anyway).

He is best off keeping his money and legacy for his kids, sitting back and watching nature take it's course.

If he hard knuckles on any new suits the victims won't be as motivated....

He should accept he is going to criminal courts at some point anyway so he can

1. Waste money paying 10000 lawsuits which will never end (some true, some not, doesn't matter, he has spent 100 years partying and having sex). AND STILL go to criminal courts anyway

2. Just wait till that door knock and the trial comes.

That cassie lawyer will become like the epstein lawyer. Once the lawyer gets a cut on one case he will keep filing more and more and more

Epstein estate paid out 300 million to victims he still got arrested and went to jail

Weinstein has paid more than 60 million to victims he still got arrested and went to jail.

He better stop paying out. Accept these civil suits will always preempt a criminal case and keep it moving.

Go to trial like Michael Jackson and em did and keep it moving,

I hope I see that fakkit end up working as a greeter at Wal-mart when its all said and done

He is more likely to end up in jail.

Once they start lodging the civil cases, they should accept a criminal one will come.

Michael Jackson settled one case and then criminal trial came anyway.

He needs to go to trial like jackson, Weinstein and epstein and keep it moving.

The funny part is you are not a lawyer saying all that lol

On the other hand, the lawyers have a duty not to file frivolous lawsuits and may have to pay money or even get license sanctioned if they do. So it's more than likely they do their due diligence in accepting cases and not just going to file any random case

Sorry for your boy 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nah I'm actually saying this BECAUSE I've sued people before (in business though). I've sued people in business before and more than ever I think just move on IF YOU ARE A PUBLIC FIGURE.

People file lawsuits every single day :dead: my friend was sued by his old employee. It got thrown out but people sue everyday and move on.

Unlike a 'normal' person a public figure has simply had TOO many interactions with strangers that there is just NO POINT settling CIVIL SUITS.

The CIVIL SUITS won't stop coming because there are just TOO many people with photos, gone to his parties, slept with him etc etc

He needs to go full Michael Jackson: reject any further CIVIL SUITS and just accept you'll be going to trial.

Maybe he will be found not guilty like Michael Jackson maybe be will be found guilty like Weinstein.

He should close the CIVIL law and accept criminal is coming.

Burning money won't help.

Epstein paid out silly money
Weinstein paid out silly money
Jackson paid out silly money

They all still got criminal charges.

He is even WORSE as due to his lifestyle and industry he has been around A CRAZY number of women. It'll never end...

This dumbass again. It's not a frivolous lawsuit. Moreso it's something that can't be proven one way or another and people are conditioned to believe women no matter what.

I have had sex with women in the past that I literally forgot about and had to think hard about to remember and I'm a regular 6 cert coli breh.

Puff is a celeb and has been since the early 90s. Do you know how many women this man has slept with? He probably won't remember most of the women about to come out of the woodworks.

These sex assault cases that are allowed to be brought decades after the fact is a new thing, that was brought about by public opinion on social media during the #metoo movement. And I predict they will eventually be abolished because the pendulum always goes in the other direction.

But for now, fake sexual assault victims got the juice. You could go to the police and say one of us random coli brehs raped you and you would be believed and a case would be opened.

It is what it is for now. Doesn't make it right.

OP, I disagree with you. I think Diddy should pack it up and move to Belize cause it's over. He's probably too proud to do that though and will go out on his shield. But folks need to realize that fake sexual assault victims got the juice and there's literally no way a man can win this in the current climate. Cosby beat his case and they said "nah let's have a do over :demonic: " and got him the second time.

Look at Johnny Depp. Beat his case and his career is still in tatters.

Dude needs to get out the country. Lowkey that's what MJ should have done too. He left after he beat his case but why stick around when you know you didn't do it?

Let some hoes accuse me and I know all of them are lying, I'm on the next plane with the passport brehs.

I dont need this

I agree.

I thought maybe it would be demonic but yes, it's time for him to go to Bali or wherever. :dead:

Just leave US soil. NOW. lol. The police are coming anyway. It's best he moves now.

What do we know about these civil lawsuits?

1. CIVIL: The victims will just keep coming for more and more and more lawsuits. That lawyer will likely clear his diary and all his clients and just like those other public figure civil lawsuit lawyers, he will become the 'diddy' lawyer'. everyone who has been around diddy will start contacting to sue. So Diddy needs to stop the money drain now. Save that money for his 7 innocent kids.
2. CRIMINAL: Alphabet boys are coming anyway....go to bail or whatever..

It is a bit challenging to say what he should do without looking at each individual case.

Speculating, and this is just speaking about things from a technical point of view because he makes me sick, it might be sensible to take a mixed approach.

Litigation is public. Even if a case is unsuccessful, there's information he might not want out there if it can be used to support another case.

Ultimately, he has a team of very expensive lawyers. I'm sure they have more experience weighing up the risks and rewards when it comes to settlements than some Coli user with an a strong opinion.

Well it's lots of defendants involved so Sean may not even have a say in how all these cases get resolved other than the portion in his name

Lesson some people might need to learn about using your company for clout to do strange things
