This would be the time for the Justice Department to step in......but I wouldn't hold my breath. Brothers and sisters it's time we protect ourselves by any means necessary.

Take a trip to Washington DC. Go to the Holocaust Museum. Explore the slow, methodical breakdown of human rights for the Jews in Germany. The "Holocaust" was a long process, which only culminated in concentration camps and WWII.
Smeared in the media via propaganda
Publicly humiliated and assaulted by police.
Police brutality.
Police murder.
Government sanctioned boycotting of Jewish business and taking away of their resources.
.......then, years and years later, came the concentration camps. That was the LAST STEP. After years of degradation and slow but steady removal of civil liberties. Slow and deliberate media manipulation of image. Government backed abuse, theft and murder.
And the Jews were much more economically and politically integrated into German society than blacks are in America.
Walking through that museum gave me pause. Not only for what a people experienced. But moreso, because I saw black people in those exhibits.

Also anti-semistism has been around for centuries. Pogoms against Jews had happened several times in Europe. It's another reason why a lot of everyday Germans went along with it because they were used to it. Same thing with white people in America towards black people.
That cop needs to die.
And I feel fully justified and rational in saying that.
The sad part is that the separation of power in the state and local level is an illusion.
State and local prosecutors often do not even want to prosecute a police officer because, unless its a HUGE case, its career suicide.
They become vilified locally, and its usually easier just to wait until people stop caring about it.
So what happens is, the cop just crosses over to a new jurisdiction and becomes a cop there.
Some people have said, "Lets COMPLETELY strip the power and responsibility of the local and state prosecutors to prosecute police, and place this power in the federal government"
I get their point, hoping that local ties and local bias will become a non-factor, but hten you have to deal with just how inefficient government is on a federal level.
You may never get justice just because of all the red tape.
TL;DR Basically... the system is inherently broken.
There is no incentive for the local prosecutor to pursue this case.
There is no incentive for the federal government to get involved
There is nothing stopping this ex-cop from being a cop elsewhere

I want to know does anyone have any plans to create an active neighborhood watches in a predominantly black community? Something where we can arm ourselves and take care of our own criminal elements without outside criminal elements (i.e. the cops) coming in and having jurisdiction over us? This isn't a jab it's a serious question.
