Adult film star, Mr. Marcus has passed away early this morning after suffering a heart attack the night before. Mr. Marcus starred in over 1,800 films during his career and was known for always wearing a baseball cap while filming.

Born Jesse Spencer in Pomona, California, Mr. Marcus had a very successful career in He adult film industry. In 2009, he was inducted into the AVN Awards Hall of Fame. In August 2012, he was the key person responsible for a syphilis outbreak in the adult film industry and Marcus was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 36-month probation for “knowingly exposing at least two co-stars to syphilis after testing positive for the disease days earlier”. One of his most popular films was with Karrine Steffans, who was nicknamed “Super Head” after the film.
