So my iphone is disabled, i forgot the password and it hasn't been backed up in 2 years. I have pictures and videos that i need. The rep said i would lose it all if i backed up from the last date. Brehs what can i do?

Last I knew an iCloud locked iPhone is a brick. Reset the password to the account.

I have insurance on the phone,but it looks like im going to have to have a specialist look at it. My wife is devastated because we have memorable pictures of friends and family that we can't get back, and she doesn't trust the cloud. I guess its just a lesson learned. Damn i wish there was another way. I've literally exhausted all resources
