That said I would like to know the circumstances under which he got caught
We got a lot of covid cards with fudged vaccine info floating around NY due to the mandate but folks only use them for restaurants, gyms, etc. The ones who get caught do dumb shyt like try to go to states or countries with mandates upon entry like Hawaii and Canada. Gym might not check the legitimacy of your card but the damn Canadian government will morons.
