You know what's fukked up...In 2006, this country rooted for a death of a "tyrant", in 2016, half this country voted in a potential "tyrant", in 2021, white folks are fighting to keep this "tyrant" in office.
I am far from a political man, if anything I miss the days of when politics was just was it was (a old man's game). The policies fukked us up, but we managed to push through. I experienced the Clinton years, the Bush Jr years, and the Obama years, but nothing like this has ever happened on their watch. This is like unveiling true evil in this country and shaming the devil two times. Today, I realize as a black man (I'm being serious, no Koala jokes please) that my life is as valueless to the white folks destroying DC as the glass on the ground. Just last year, we became the laughing and shameful joke of 2020 from the riots being spun in their agenda, the pandemic woes, and all around injustice. Yet, somehow, someway we help make the results of the election possible at larger than life expectations, but will we mean something in this country...fukk no.
Just look at what happened today and understand that these white folks will go home, drink a budweiser and gloat about the shyt until their 80 on their resting bed, while our black asses will continue to get called everything but children of God.
