Trump brought the statues of confederates back, and found a loophole to rename military bases after them.
Removal of the confed. flag from list of banned symbols seems like a natural extension of the direction he is heading. And the noose.
Whether formally banned, or not acted upon/punushed when a Black military man/woman files a complaint.
