I was like WTF...you police officers ain't got nothing better else to do....
even though I know I ain't did nothing......come to find out LAW ENFORCEMENT was being sent out by collection agencies to settle CREDIT CARD DEBTS...

gottdamn ...CAPITOL ONE..yeah "what's in your wallet" them motherphukers had contacted a Law Firm to issue out subpoenas to debtors like me
