I am pretty sure that many of us who want them out also want the companies to be punished for hiring them. I know those I have come across have expressed that the main culprit is the corporations that hire them in lieu of citizens, in an attempt to artificially lower market wages. I know I have even expressed this many times and shown it supported by congressional reports.
