Life in prison without parole sounds like in humane punishment for a kid but I would likely want that to be their fate if they harmed one of my loved ones.

I don't personally disagree with this ruling I think courts should have the discretion to sentence young killers to life in prison.
However I am VERY concerned about conservatives holding a 6-3 majority. We're going to witness a lot of fukked-up decisions in the coming years.

Justice Kavanaugh, who wrote the majority, was the same one telling people during his confirmation hearings that the fukked up things he might've did in high school and college shouldn't follow him.
