Paid infers that some type of transfer has occurred between U.S. citizens and Blizzard. The more accurate statement Is that Blizzard is using US Tax policy to withhold $228M.

@Responsible Allen Iverson I agree with the point of your post breh, I would just change it to something more accurate like "Activision Blizzard paid 0 taxes in 2019"...as our resident responsible poster and such.

Which still hammers home the point that US tax code is in desperate need of reform.
