There are a lot of foreign locations

Of course you'll need a college degree, some even to a Ph.D level and all of that but the point is:

You'll have gov't benefits
They'll pay for you to move
You can get a security clearance for more fly locations

For example, I am looking at all these cybersecurity jobs, half of these are in Korea or Japan on those crappy bases out there.

Then there is a couple multi-media job in Tokyo right now. There are a lot of medical jobs. Basic administrative and management jobs.

Supervisory Interactive Media Specialist, NF-04
Financial Administration and Program - Direct Hire Authority

And I know someone is going to tell you.

"But you need to be a veteran to have a chance."

Most of the government is ran by civilians with high levels of education. Not by military members, only one percent of the USA is in the military.

There are more chances that a citizen with no prior military experience civilian is doing this shyt than a veteran. If you got the degree and the experience, you might as well apply.

Bruh I've been applying to USA jobs since 2011 and I have never gotten a confirmation of anybody even glancing at my application. Just straight up silence not even a denial email. They even have Reddit groups about how impossible it is to get a job off there.

Me personally I don't even think those jobs are real or they are already have chosen who their going to hire

It's "easier" to get in as a contractor than as a direct applicant, unless they are actively recruiting for a position. I'm working as a BI specialist for Army contracting command and a lot of people here tell me 1102 jobs (contracting) are in demand, so that may be a good place to enter and then move around from there.

I got a few hits which lead to interviews over the phone or in person. But no call back yet.

I set up a gmail spreadsheet with the positions point of contact, and even a auto emailer after 30 days, so it only a matter of time before I get a hit. Oddly was I told by a federal employee to lie on the application, and edit every resume to match the positions requirements.

ps my background is Network support (plus vet)
