Nah family. USC-Texas was a showcase of all the best players in the country who all made big plays in a game that was back and forth from the very beginning to the very end.


And, as mentioned, the perfect setting and one of the GOAT commentators.

Bama's offense was deplorable.

FSU/Auburn was better than last night's game.

The national title game should always be held in the Rose Bowl, imo.

I'd have to say Texas-USC.

I think it was more exciting beginning to end and had a more epic finish.

Just on the GW TD's alone, Vince had a 4th down from like the 13 and made an unbelievable run in a do or die situation. Clemson ran a lil pick play and even if dude dropped the ball they still coulda kicked a FG and tied it so there wasn't as much pressure.

Definitely a great game though. I'm so glad I stayed up and watched it cuz I was feeling kinda sick and wanted to go to bed at halftime figuring Alabama was just finna shut these boys down for 30 more minutes.

Funny thing is I actually picked Clemson to win but not because I'm a genius, it was actually a dumb pick. Just figured Bama had to lose at some point.

earl thomas was not on that texas team. Michael Huff was the Longhorns' star safety at the time, and they had Aaron Ross at cornerback, as well as Tarell Brown and Cedric Griffin. They also had Michael Griffin at safety.
