Its illegal when they are already behind bars and doing football numbers. (hence giving them 30+yrs of solitary confinement, they are already doing life probably)

Plus its a separate felony charge for having illegal contraband (cell phone, drugs, alcohol) in the prison.

Dudes fukked up and the prison is even worse but this is just another reason why I value my freedom and don't break laws.

Nah i would understand if they're punishing them for having contraband.

But they're saying they're punishing these dudes just cuz they had someone outside of the prison update their facebook. Like if a dudes in prison and he gets his girlfriend on the outs to log into his facebook and update it, they'll punish him. Thats some vindictive bullshyt right there.
