A few weeks ago my job had a meeting about "time" since we got bought out and this wasnt the down home company we were used to.

CEO talkin about how he made time for his kids baseballs games despite being so busy. I feel that.
Said we should have the same feeling.... No shyt. So now we will have more work/life/kids balance.

It's the 27th and I happened to need to stay at home for my daughter today. School was closed. I had PTO for yesterday (day after Christmas while everyone had to work) but I guess I'm needed too much for me to have today off too.

I hate these a$$holes for making me feel guilty about not being around them. I work hard. They wanna keep tabs on Blacks so damn bad. I hit em with the "Well, the CEO said for us to report those who take away family time."

Document everything and gather intel

find out why "Kevin" was out last week...and then when your supervisor says they need you in the office plug in random bits of information like "well this is really no different than when Kevin missed last week for his daughter...is it ?"
