Why would UTA and Klutch partner if they are after the same clients and are still remaining separate?

So Bron and AD are now under UTA sports and not Klutch?
Dudes still on this “he cost clients money” when it was reported he wasn’t even involved with Mook backing out of his deal with the Spurs and he wasn’t even in the picture when Noel turned down that big deal from the Mavs.
I don't see double talk. UTA likely bought a big share if not majority of Klutch. rather than rename klutch to bring it into the fold klutch will operate as its own brand particularly for name recognition. UTA Sports is a related subdivision of UTA that paul will run. essentially klutch clients will be UTA Sports clients too
I guess my questions were if Klutch and UTA are partners why does UTA Sports need to exist. Why would he be an agent of Klutch and UTA sports and not just sign the talent to Klutch?
I'm guessing its so if they ever part ways, Klutch can still exist as its own thing.
Klutch would be the sports agency aspect while UTA sports would deal with opportunities outside of their actual sports contracts......I guess
