Wassup yall, im just wondering where my fellow vegans & vegetarians at?

how long you been at it & do you feel being a black vegan/vegetarian is harder then being a white one?

Almonds / Cashews / Spinach / Kale / Broccoli / Oatmeal for iron and protein. The rest is easy. Though I'm not a vegan nor vegetarian, I'm posting this for the inevitable march of those who say vegans can't get enough iron/protein without 'meat.'

Ive been a vegetarian for 2 years now , but only ate chicken and turkey before. It may be a little harder because so many of our people refuse to give up soul food slave food. In the words of Busta , we will literally eat something until what we're eating kills us.

i've been a vegetarian for 8 years and i am transitioning to veganism. all that's left to go is cheese and i eat bread/tortillas etc made with eggs. so, semi-vegan. it was difficult for the first year to two years but after that it is cake. why would it be more difficult for blacks to go veggie compared to whites? that makes no sense to me

If you just finished a raw foods cleanse with potent herbs than yes your shyt can actually not have an odor at all . When i did a raw food vegan cleanse years ago, I was astonished at how my bowels had no odor after the cleanse.

Really? that's the shyt that is the hardest for me right now. Pork was easy. Beef was semi hard but got off of that eventually. Same with fish. Chicken is where I struggle at right now.
