Bout it Bout It was a nice counter to Baby talking shyt about being the first on that stuntin shyt but if P wouldn't followed up with

4 or 5 hummers, burban, jag for the summer
SS sittin on 20s but I ain't no MFN stunna

I would've lost my shyt

:damn:

I saw an interview with P saying he never dissed any other rappers on a song but this was 100% a shot at Birdman right? And yeah this shyt might’ve incited a riot

ATL to MEM

GOOFY ASS nikkaS.

"THE MAN RIGHT CHEA"
WOULD HAVE NUKED ANY SONG
CMR PERFORMED.

NO LIMIT ALREADY HAD MULTIPLE NUKES
BUT THAT ONE RIGHT THERE
WOULD HAVE BEEN THE NUKE
OF ALL NUKES

Imagine if they had this shyt anywhere in the south and that Mia X, Party Don’t Stop beat dropped.

For sure Atlanta would have exploded.

As I said earlier, they didn’t even play any of the smoking songs. They coulda got disrespectful and lit up a CMR pack to like 4 or 5 songs.

No Limit had a lot left in the tank that could have buried CMR.

When did Baby start being called Stunna? Hoody Hoo dropped in 99 and #1 Stunna dropped in 2000

Baby did take a slight shot on Hot Girl "F a thug girl, them h*es can only suck my d*ck" wasn't no limit calling girls thug girls?

I wish somebody who did a interview asked some real questions... like how did CMR feel about No Limit releasing a movie called Hot Boyz at the height of CMR popularity and Master P putting out a song "where the hot boys at? right chea right chea" I know its NO slang but Hot Boys on CMR were already established by then

A lot of questions could be asked about that time period. Even Missy put out a song called Hot Boyz with east coast rappers at the height of the Hot Boys popularity..... but BG and Juvenile appeared on the album that song was on lol

Versus wasn't actually bad. The stage performance was a little hit or miss at times. Snoop killed it for No Limit.

I did wish this was in the Superdome instead of Vegas. Would've felt more authentic and grassroots of sorts.

Wish Wayne was there too. Also, at the same time, for for purposes of the Versus, I think you'd have to exclude every Wayne album after Carter I as all of them lost that NO soul to them.

I think this slate of songs was pretty close.

Definitely not the time to ask those questions and make it awkward bringing up old beef …when it’s supposed to be about celebrating

But almost all of that has been talked about about before at some point

BG asked about them biting for the Hot Boyz movie

And ironically P said he started that “bout it” shyt…but he bit it from UNLV and they’ve been asked about it …P even stole some of their concert footage :mjlol:

Turk was the weakest link, and this is coming from someone that was listening to CMR BEFORE the Universal deal.

He appeared on BG’s All On U Vol.1 & 2. Juvenile’s Soulja Rags, and Hot Boys ”Get it how you live.” The nygga has always been mediocre. I was actually surprised CMR went ahead with that Turk solo album.

Now I agree he should be there, but him being viewed as the weakest link is nothing new.

Turk was better than Wayne back then.

In an ideal world, this takes place in New Orleans, and they take their subliminal shots

P & Baby have that exchange

Baby performs number 1 stunna
P performs Hoody Hoo
BG performs that second verse of Help

:whew:

Shyt starts to escalate

When BG did cash money an army, p should have responded with the chorus from if you real keep it real

I distinctly remember in Rap Pages (I think) they asked CMR about it and BG was mad saying “these other people biting our whole style and name” and Wayne said something to the effect of “I just wanna know who they got playing me because we’re the only Hot Boys.”

Never in life🤣. I don’t even think Turk has
ever done a major label feature.

This was P and Mystikal dissing CMR & Pastor Troy using the UNLV “Drag Em In Da River” sample, referring to Hot Boys album Get It How U Live on the intro, etc

[Master P]
This goes to all y'all bytch ASS nikkas
That got the motherfukkin game twisted

Get it how you live, hehehehe

Nah, Birdman was about to get in his feelings and probably say some off the wall shyt because he knew P could counter anything he stunted on. Record label, cars, jewelry, women, P had a counter for all of that and Birdman knew it. They took the mic because in this circumstance he had clearly met his match and was probably about to get disrespectful
"We with all the bullshyt" was Bird's reminder to nikkas that once the Verzus over they back to being Grampaws and shyt while he out here linkin with YN's that's heavy in and on some street shyt lol
