Wassup nikkas? :blessed:
I get out August of 23 and have my skill bridge coming up next March. Starting to grow out my hair today and just gonna rock the jimmy butler fro till I’m free and start my second set of locs at my internship. How is it on the other side? I have sleep apnea, ptsd, back, knee, headaches, and bipolar on my record now. I need my 100% ya feel me? :lolbron:. How much different is it on the outside now? It’ll be different for me. I joined at 27 and I’ll get out at 34 so I already know how the world works. I know my first blunt will be like:ohlawd:

I’m at shore duty now which is already boring as fukk. I lost all my friends when I transferred. Feel like it’ll be an easy transition with indica lol
Take it easy on the bud and alcohol. You won't have your shipmates/squad around to watch your back and police won't give a damn if you're former military if you act-up.

Sooner you get into a regular job, the better. No sense in dipping into your savings unless necessary. Don't buy bullshyt.

Also, get in contact with your local VFW and VA office for benefit info.

I’m just ready to transition from alcohol to weed tbh. You know how that shyt is in the service. I fixed it but I had a drinking problem really bad at one point. Ready to be done with alcohol completely.

And I have a job set up already. Just have to finish up my contract

You should DEFINITELY get in-contact with the VA. They can get you cleared for a dispensary card quick so you ain't gotta cop from some dude on the corner.

Someone in another thread mentioned also is that in the civilian world, social interaction is very different. Kind of hard to explain, you’ll pick up on it

Congratulations, and good luck
:salute:

@Jekyll because of how you feel is it better to stay in the military/Air Force as long as possible or for life?
