superdaes information was stolen from the developers conference a year ago, the issue is that everything outside of that is old. still don't even have the dev kit information for the xbox. microsoft has the system under tight security unlike the ps4 which you seen the controller and shyt.

I'm pretty sure that "always connected" in this article means that it stays online when the console is turned off like the ps4 so the system can update.
