That entirely depends on map limits...
They can fit all of the GTA3 cities onto V's engine...It was done for SA years ago but IV was such a piece of shyt port they could never get it stable and gave up...It stayed a SA mod...
I heard they can also fit all of LC from IV next to LS so that is very promising and in fact they already started with that...
