She shot off silly string in his face?
The video only shows the punch and her subsequent arrest.

The cop appears to be AfAm with HUGE HANDS. The woman looks...Puerto Rican. Her mouth/face/lip was bleeding and busted after the punch. The crowd gasped at the punch.

The cop was fired, but Philly police will try to get him reinstated (according to this youtuber). He did seem to calm himself and restrain his temper immediately after punching her. He prob'ly realized that it was a terminable offense and that folks with cell phone cameras abound at minority parades. TOO LATE, cop-uh. Don't taze me, bro!

She didn't shoot silly string in his face. Someone threw water (not her) and he turned around and punched the first person he saw. There is another video with a different angle I would find it but I'm at work.
