Dope moment, I was there for that shyt too. But the last Birthday Bash at Lakewood where Tip had just got outta jail & dissed Flip is my favorite all time moment.

maybe i'm being biased...cause i was at Birthday Bash 13 celebrating a new deal me and my boys were closing in ATL.....but the T.I vs. Shawty Lo episode was EPIC!!!...

so many classic moments walking in the Phillips Arena and watching Trina's skirt raise up on the big screen

then walking to the concession stands then coming back in time to watch Gucci Mane have the whole arena rocking like a damn pep rally

seeing Bun B. live for the first time following the passing of Pimp C. was classic as well......

also Rocko and Plies and 8 ball and MJG were good filler entertainment as well...

the Game could have stayed home....

but the highlight had to be watching Jeezy do a medley of all his trap or die and Thug Motivation tracks along with bringing out Kayne West to do "Can't do me Nothing"



It was hilarous watching Shawty Lo put "T.I on that BIRTHDAY BASH screen" with a short film prior to his performance portraying T.I as a snitch..."

but T.I didn't back down.......he addressed him subliminally enough to realize how DIRECT he was ..."hey Shawtay..HERE I AM!!!"

i truly got my money worth.......

cause they ARE NOT NEW YORKERS...they actually KNOW HOW TO COEXIST with each other inspite of the conflicts

nah just joking..but i do feel that it is a cultural thing somewhat.....in the south people are more cordial and even in business....you realize that here in the south it's best to NOT being in each other space in order to have peace

but real talk.....it's a $$$ thing, when i first came to Atlanta the key phrase i heard is that ATLANTA IS THE CITY THAT IS TOO BUSY TO HATE...

And that's real ish...if YOU BUSY GETTING PAPER AND FOCUSED ON THAT ...YOU AIN'T GONNA LET YOUR EMOTIONS OR PROBLEMS OVERWHELM THAT....

i think that's what alot of HIP HOPPERS from NYC fail to understand ...

yeah we understand the CULTURE OF HIP HOP is competitive as 50 cent says...

but it's MORESO a BUSINESS NOW and BUSINESS MEN need to act accordingly and diplomatically cause if we ALL EAT then thier is no reason to BEEF..........
