And that is what I have a problem with....yes the man had something in his hand that he pulled from his pocket....but without hesitation they unloaded on that poor bruh....yes he should have put his hands up but come the fukk on....at least give him some time...those cops weren't in any danger....

When you're given that firearm it should be used in a responsible way, that hardly seems like the case here .
They completely intended to end that mans life. That is manslaughter.
I said when the Mike Brown murder happened, there needs to be a change in the legal ramifications of these type of incidents.
I think if you're a police officer and anything you do causes a civilian's life to cease, you should be charged with manslaughter, no matter what.
Then you prove your innocence, probably the majority of the time they would be innocent, but cops should know if you're gonna end a life, you're going to have to prove your innocent.
