Pretty sure he got arrested in high school for a shooting after school or something like that. Seems like it's related to that case and not his current one based off what he says in that video.

Probably the police shooting. he accidentally killed a cop and that got brushed over a lil bit, but iirc, he's also being charged for that separately.
