Thats yall, if i can see inside the whip im at least glancing to see who's inside off gp. The pitch black tinted joints get extra attention from me, especially a run down looking vehicle with them on. Im not a street guy either, i just dont want to be around no bullshyt. That's just an OCD for me. I dont like sitting with my back turned to doors or windows in place of business like barbershops and etc.
The car in back of the truck started to back off/turn around as soon they saw the cats hop out with their straps. If they would have went around the cats holding up traffic ole dude could have possibly been spared/at least alerted attention wise.

Then you’d be paranoid living in a northeast city cause double parking is a way of life on a commercial street.
Now if this was some residential block I’d def agree with you in keeping your eyes open to a double parked car tinted especially if you a street dude.

I grew up in Detroit too and lived in NYC for a while. Both of y’all are right. It’s just different dynamics. In Detroit it don’t matter if you into some shyt or not it’s very easy to get into some bullshyt, even if you are minding you’r business. All it take is ending up in the g station or liquor store with the wrong nikka. But on the east coast the double parking shyt is the norm. You can walk outside your apartment building and it’ll be 5 cars parked how they were. (This in NYC idk about Jersey) Tints and all that. You really don’t take notice to it , unless it’s late at night and it’s one car just chillen.

Yes it is from what ive seen having to go to cities of that staure for work and etc. You're right 100. I can attest to that. Im just a natural observer though. I wouldnt feel any different there than I am here.
