Vince has done a lot of mistakes over his career. What saved him from a complete disaster was the fact that he'd destroyed rival companies or those companies destroyed themselves (like TNA hiring hoegan and bytchoff).

With that being said, even Vince with him getting out of touch with reality, even he knew to stay away from the Bloodline storyline, not make any drastic dumb decisions and let it play out.

I can't watch this trash anymore but I assume if you give creative control to someone like triple H, it is going to be a boring product just like his entire persona over the wrestling years. Wouldn't be surprised if most of the wrestlers he pushes they are white and have a biker/metal look.

Also TKO don't know shyt about professional wrestling. Some may have assumed that wrestling would adopt some of MMA's realism...but that's an oxymoron, wrestlers aren't beating each other for real like it's UFC.

McMahon family selling the product to them is basically from trash to another trash. All TKO worked with are MMA fighters where formula is very simple: two fighters have a bit of trash talk and they beat each other. And MMA has been on a steady downhill for a while so there you go...one company dragging down both major entertainment products.

Would vince have done things better if he was still with WWE? Probably not, but at the same time they sold the company to those who don't know jack shyt about wrestling. Triple H making decisions is a mediocrity waiting to happen.
This is what makes Vince better. While he would be stubborn and force some of his own bullshyt onto the fans, he would know when to admit defeat on a number of occasions and let others course correct. Vince let Roman & Heyman have complete control of the Bloodline story and it was called cinema, HHH winds up becoming a part of it and people call for it to end :russ:. TKO & HHH are a match made in hell because it the combination of overcharging fans for a mediocre ass product. Like I said they don't need Vince back in the company, but they do need to adopt his mindset of making wrestling feel larger than life.

And now....?
It's better than it was when Vince was in charge & everybody wanted to commit suicide :russ:
That's not true at all, the ratings didn't start to go down until after Mania 40. The WWE was literally under a resurgence starting with Roman turning heel, and putting all the belts on POCs. Vince stepped away but he was still the main booker in creative since he was still the owner. It wasn't until September of 2023 when Ari Emanuel banned Vince from being a part of creative. What you're seeing now is what happens when HHH has complete control.
Dude, "Wrestlemania 40" was universally lauded & applauded with most people saying it's top 3 all-time.

That era of WWE had people claiming they should win Emmys

Literally NOBODY but WWE stooges were asking for Vince to come back

HHH does not have complete control

Jellyroll & all those celebrities & product placements wouldn't be there if that was the case.

Facts is, Vince had complete control, but HHH has bosses, who make specific requests that he must follow unless he wants to be cut out.

You want him to be the dictator Vince was so bad, but that's just not reality with a giant company like TKO owning them, now.

Vince "course correct"???

The guy who forced "Super Cena" on us for over a decade, even as the fans begged for a heel turn?

The guy who forced Roman Reigns to endure being booed out of every building in the world for FIVE YEARS???

The guy who's the real reason everybody hated Charlotte Flair because he kept putting her over Sasha & everybody else???

You're so emotional you're fukking up your own points. Wrestlemania 40 is the finale of the Vince era so calling it top 3 all time is actually making Vince look good. You say people wanted to commit suicide working under Vince, yet every time releases happened those wrestlers posted long messages about how sad they were to be gone. Nobody is writing sad messages anymore when they get released, and you can't say it's because AEW is around because they were around before Vince was gone.

You want to talk about Vince's stubborn while kissing HHH's ass and ignoring his fukked up booking. Why don't you bring up how he's fukked over every black talent they have since taking over? I said he course corrected which he did by turning Roman heel, having Danielson win the championship, and had Bianca win the Rumble instead of his original plan for Charlotte.

No the fukk we don't :mjtf:

This.

What the WWE needs is a parent company or overall head of household who doesn't view the product merely as a financial boon, but actually gets wrestling and its demographics.

But hey... they're making bank hand over fist so that's all that matters.

Dude, Vince was fully out of control by Wrestlemania 40.

The only person "emotional" is you that you've literally forgotten something that happened last year. :russ:

Im trying to get the time period.
Cokeboy was outed January last year

And even with Cokeboy gone.. They still almost fumbled Mania 40.The original plan was most likely Rock and Roman. Rock had to save it by becoming the Final boss
