Roasted meats of all kinds
Fish and chips
Lamb chops
Beef stew
Roast potatoes etc etc
Along with other dishes we have adapted from other countries
Spaghetti bolognese
Tikka masala etc etc
What do you think we eat every day; onions? Currently British food has changed we have more michellin starred restaurants than Paris, your average British person has a more continental weekly diet than most.

Vinegar has a strong smell but I like Salt and Vinegar chips and I put Malt vinegar on my french fries and I added it to my greens if I don't have hot sauce on me.
Vinegar in Vietnamese cooking is essential.
