I like SHKH, Violence Begets Violence was good, both his solos were good, some of the AOTP stuff was good. but Vinnie was never again on level of the Psycho Social and VBD. When he was still the HOlogram he was top 5 lyricist. Since he became the pazmanian devil, it's been hit or miss.
I place him above all other white MC's though because he's been consistent and I still listen to his old shyt. And he doesn't release stupid crap like the Grouch, isn't effiminate like Sage Francis, isn't a complete wigger like Sean Strange
