I finished a good session at the gym and needed to get my nails trimmed and cleaned. I go to the shop upstairs in the mall and greet Mama-san

Me: Hey Mama-san I'm back for another fingernail trim.

She guides me to a seat in the corner of the shop with two banners on either side of me blocking views from the left and right.

She sits down and starts the process of clipping my nails whilst my right hand sits in warm water.

Me: You never do nails

She smiles and starts speaking her language.

In walks a DUDE.


He's hovering over us and I'm wondering what he's doing here. She gets up and goes back to her calculator and till at the front.


Me: Hold on a minute

I take my hands back and yell to Mama-san.

She says I have to go to the bank.

Me:

I didn't have time to walk out have to go to work soon.



As he is finishing up the nail file and tweezers thing he rubs my hand with lotion.

Me: This isn't normal. And no man should be doing another man's hands.


Him: You're already done.

Me:

Nails are clean though.

I've never been so emasculated in my life.
