vitamin brehs I got a question

Been feeling a lil more tired and lethargic lately

I ordered Vitamin D3 supplements on amazon, but I am reading that it won't work by itself, I have to pair it with other vitamins

any truth to it? :patrice:

Up your iron and zinc too, those directly correlate to reducing fatigue. Drink a lot of water too.

Hate to sound like my mom but she's 100% right: get that Men's One A Day and take it every day of your life. Also has biotin in there which is good for healthier hair/growth.

K2 and magnesium and you should take it with fat. Magnesium doesn’t have to be taken with anything but water. Just get it in sometime during the day

Get a multi that has some magnesium, zinc, and all the others already in it
