Notice the people you named are all entertainers. None of them are members of the powerbroker/elite business class.
The black people with the actual savvy, experience, and required political connections are boule people. They understand that their maximum influence is in place as a powerbroker behind the throne not the one sitting in it.
Cacs like their front facing black people as charismatic mascots that are the circus part of "bread and circuses". If you want to be in the bread part of the power dynamic then you need to stay behind the scenes if you want to get near the top of the power pyramid.
