If people had more free time and money they would volunteer more, not suprising

People need money, we want jobs, not internships, and volunteering is even worse because at least with internships, career prospects may come from it, volunteering is just because you want to make the world a better place.
I still volunteer, im going on my niece's field trip as a chaperone. 
Im doing it mainly cause it'd look good on my resume.

Because I'm devoting time helping with kids on my day off instead of chillin at home doing nothing. I also plan to help out if needed with other activities. They make a resume look good. Lol who told you that? If anything it will look like you're stuffing your resume. If you're not working with kids or some type of charity your resume is going to be filled with BS. And im not concerned. If you have a problem having people comment on your life maybe you shouldn't post facts about your life on a OPEN FORUM
