Would you rather live in a city whose racism is subtle or blatant. To me the subtlety is more of an insult because you either think I'm stupid or the person is definitely a snake in the grass, smile in your face ass motherfukker. I can probably count on my two hands how many blatant racist situations I have been in, but the subtle ones...we can talk for days. Even though its not legal, id rather be at a job, knowing HR isnt going to let a black man move up, vs being at a job where they smile in my face and I continue to put in apps like a fool and they 'just dont feel that this particular opportunity is fitting'.

Thats my whole thing. Im not one to get hurt about it, I can control how I respond. To me its someone just sayin how they feel or interpret me. Im not gonna shoot up a place, or break a bottle over someones head. I can see how subtlety keeps the peace though.
idk. i honestly dont appreciate neither. i went to this convenience store tonight for a 40 and on my way out this cac was pullin in and tried to set his alarm, but the bytch went off instead of settin. he kept tryna reset it i but it just kept goin off over and over again until he finally got in the car and did somethin and the whole time i was just givin him the 
. i'm bout to leave and you walkin into a damn CONVENIENCE store, i dont want shyt from you. i went to this same store last week and pulled out my wallet to see how much money i had in my wallet and on my way to the front one of the clerks, WAYYYYY on the other side opposite side of the store was walkin towards me and yelled how i dropped somethin. i really did but still
