Wack is an a$$hole, but Pac was a confused young man. Like many kids that move around a lot, he had to learn how to d make friends fast. This led him to trusting people he didn't really know or understand. Pac had no business hanging around career criminals like Haitian Jack and Jimmy Henchman in NY with no childhood friends to protect him. Pac had no business claiming a blood set as a visitor in LA in the 90s. That was extremely stupid.

Hell, it was decades before the general public, knew which neighborhoods people like Ice T, Cube, WC, Eazy, Ren, CMW etc were affiliated or came from.

Pac was a very smart dude, but it was obvious he did not understand the streets. He didn't understand that he was surrounding himself with sociopaths who would sell out their childhood friends if they had to.
