His second best album, after SlaughtaHouse, to me.

When he was with Digga and Norm, his music was top tier. Right after this album, he burned so many damn bridges that he had to vanish and go on hiatus for years. He had a couple of loosies floating around in the underground at the time, but I only f*cked with a few of his tracks after that era. He lost a little something after the Inc. situation went south.

yep. I already knew he dissed him for that interview, but Ace told me personally as well that's why he dissed him back in 2003.

Wow :ohhh:

Yeah I always felt like this album and SlaughtaHouse are Ace’s best albums

A damn shame but they always seems to be the case when it comes to groups

That makes sense since he didnt release anymore albums in the 90’s and then came back in the early 2000’s

He had a really dope team around him.

And back then, Bluez Brothers were fresh off working on Ready to Die for B.I.G. and they also did a lot of joints on SlaughtaHouse like "Jeep Ass N*guh", so they were hot at the time and knocking out beats for a lot of people. But Digga said that Ace wasn't on top of the business and that they ended up losing the name of the group to Irv Gotti because Ace never properly trademarked any of their sh*t, lol.

Apparently, some people were looking for Ace after Sittin' On Chrome, on some beef sh*t, and he disappeared for a minute. He's had a very weird career, but between '93-'95, he was really killing sh*t! One of our favorite dudes back then, as kids. We used to play a lot of his sh*t around the way.

Yeah I remember Paula Perry talking bout how Ace was never planning on getting her a record deal and she said he lied to her and say no labels were interested in signing her.

What's story behind this Juice Crew ass nikka making a classic west coast Album :skip:. Sitting on chrome and Inc ride was stable on LA radio as a kid. I was disbelief when I found out not only he was New York but he's og Juice Crew Member

@Piff Tannen

I’m from the south and to me and my friends, we always thought the West had the best beats

So when Ace went with a west coast sound for Sittin’ On Chrome, we were like, “this nikka just dropped a damn classic!!!!”

That shyt was like a perfect blend of east coast emcee with a west coast sound
