The demise of the Texas sports program has been greatly documented by many on this board for years. This coming fall might be the most depressing in Austin in years. Swoopes and Turner are potential bright lights though

Mack is gone, Strong is at the helm, our players are actually getting coached up, and recruiting is on the upward swing. The biggest question mark of course is QB. If Ash gets injured it'll be a long year, because Wittek(possible transfer) and Swoopes aren't adequate, but if Ash stays healthy I see 9-10 wins.

The sad thing is dudes from like coastal Carolina, Marist, towson, Canada , Princeton, duke, even a homosexual were drafted and not one Texas player
