Someone school me.

Most black neighborhoods in Brooklyn are lower middle class or poor. Whites from the midwest move here but cant afford the good neighborhoods, so they move to the hoods thus raising up the price of living causing the blacks to move out because they cant afford it. However at the same time the gentfication of brooklyn is overexaggerated.

Thats whats been throwing me off when people say midwest. I can see rich kids from the west coast or kids from old southern money, but midwest just screams poverty to me.All I know, is that they throwing money away for a real estate bubble that will burst soon. The question is, how did they get all that disposable income from the midwest, which historically is lower cost of living?![]()
Trucking companies?
Grocery chaines?
Farm Equipment distributors?
