This is crazy. The album might actually be pretty good.
If I remember it right, he said somewhere that the joint isn't sampled, it's just Marvin Gaye inspired. shyt is kinda an ode to a fellow city nikka (Marvin), and he's talked for a minute about how the old soulfoul shyt is in his opinion the apex of black music in America and the shyt that he fukks with the most.
shyt definitely came out right though.

Can't hate on this either, this is a great songNo problem my nig. I think this album is about to be crazy. As far as the new soul shyt, he said that that's the direction he wanted to take the album in, so I think it's safe to expect at least a few more joints like this on there.
