There's a solution to every problem. I actually came up with somewhat of a solution but there's things that need to be worked out. My solution was an underground bunker containing trained loss prevention dogs. Then you have barcodes and iot tags that are linked to the bunker. When somebody stills the underground bunker opens,and the dogs come out like the Tigers in Gladiator. They could be trained not to immediately attack unless given a signal of some sort. You would also save at risk dogs in pounds all over the country
