It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I like to do both.
Yeah… that’s true… walking is more sustainable… lower impact… I’d even say a better fat burner unless you’re comparing it to HIIT/sprinting

I see alot of fat people that walk. Something not adding up:patrice:
I’ve run half marathons and there are fat/chunky ppl in those runs who are pacers. Running is good for your cardiovascular system and can help with endurance
