That’s not a bad thing necessarily. This industry would probably be in deep trouble without the H1Bs. You can't work in cybersecurity thinking this. Probably 90% of H1b's are trash in cybersecurity. You spend more time cleaning up and babysitting these dumbasses than you do fighting off hackers.

You sound like you work in low level helpdesk/SOC stuff. I've worked in cybersecurity for over 15 years. Damn near everybody doing advanced security development are some type of foreign whether they're from India or somewhere in Europe. Again, this industry would not last without the foriegns.
Why is that? You see a lot more people in the other engineering majors when all the jobs are in CS. What gives?
