I think Carter was a good dude and meant well. He was trying to make a change in many ares. Maybe that's why he was run out in shame for the most overrated president in history. One who made racism more palatable again. Funny how so many who want to tout Trump as a change candidate, hold in great reverence the most status quo president of the last forty years.
