Alright so we have people in countries willing to put their lives on the line to defend it right?

Lets say America doesnt like Canada and vice versa. The way to settle it is leaders handpick 1 warrior to go 1 on 1 with the other leaders handpicked warrior.

Think of it like the UFC, 2 men in a cage, no weapons, winner wins the war for its country and its settled.
